Pictet Alternative Advisors has teamed up in a JV with Arax Properties to invest in six reversionary assets in prime distribution locations across France from Mileway.
The portfolio consists of four assets in Greater Paris, one in Orleans and one in Lille totalling around 122,000 m2 of logistics space.
La Banque Postale financed the trade.
The strategy involves active tenant management and ESG initiatives.

The JV was advised by Archers, BCLP, Wargny Katz, First Growth, Etyo & AKD on the acquisition.
