PGIM Real Estate has announced the promotion of executive director Greg Kane to head of European Investment Research.
In this role, Kane is responsible for leading the European research team in supporting the portfolio, asset management, acquisitions and marketing efforts of the regional and global businesses. He also becomes a member of the European investment committee. He will continue to be based in London and report to Peter Hayes, global head of investment research.
Kane joined the European investment research team in 2008 as an associate and was promoted to executive director last year.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Kane was a research analyst at DTZ Research (now Cushman & Wakefield).
