PGIM Real Estate, the property arm of pensions and insurance giant Prudential Financial, has appointed Henri Vuong as executive director and head of real estate debt investment research in its global investment research team, based in London and effective immediately.
In this newly created role, Vuong will develop and lead on debt research across real estate markets and support the portfolio, asset management, acquisitions and marketing efforts of the regional businesses.
As part of the investment research team, she will support fund managers and senior leaders form and articulate debt investment products and strategies and deliver market-leading intelligence to clients. Vuong will report to Peter Hayes, global head of investment research at PGIM Real Estate.
Hayes said: 'We are thrilled to welcome Henri to the team. Her appointment will help shape and develop our debt analysis and research, strengthening our existing expertise alongside the equity research.

Vuong joins from INREV, where she was the director of research and market information. In this role, she was responsible for the strategy and execution of INREV’s ‘research and market information’ programme and facilitated the launch of several performance indices.
She was also responsible for the global expansion of the research programme which aimed to capture global investor interest into private real estate. Vuong was also previously a part of the real estate finance origination team at The Royal Bank of Scotland and a senior property research analyst at PRUPIM (now M&G Real Estate).
