Adgar Postepu has signed a contract for the lease of office space with the Polish arm of leading pharmaceutical company Pfizer. The new tenant will occupy the largest office space among all the companies that have decided to locate their offices in Adgar Plaza, part of the Adgar complex situated in the Mokotów business district. Adgar Plaza comprises 15,500-m[sup]2[/sup] over two buildings.

The new tenant will occupy the largest office space among all the companies that have decided to locate their offices in Adgar Plaza, part of the Adgar complex situated in the Mokotów business district. Adgar Plaza comprises 15,500-m2 over two buildings.
Adgar Postepu says the scheme is one of the most modern, technologically-advanced and well-equipped office complexes in Warsaw.
Pfizer Polska will occupy office space comprising several thousand square metres on three adjacent floors in the Adgar Plaza office buildings. In order to stay in line with global space standards used in the company’s local offices all around the world, the office will be arranged to create a unique open plan work environment. Other tenants of the Adgar complex, comprising of Adgar Plaza buildings A and B and Adgar Business Centre, include Antalis Poland, the Credit Information Bureau, DQS Poland, Map Polska, Mostostal Warszawa, PartyLite, Schneider Electric, the Public Procurement Office and Adgar's Polish subsidiaries.
