French property firm Perial Asset Management has acquired the Moulin à Vent business park in Vénissieux, the Rhône department in eastern France, for an undisclosed amount.
French property firm Perial Asset Management has acquired the Moulin à Vent business park in Vénissieux, the Rhône department in eastern France, for an undisclosed amount.
The business park offers a total of 36,000 m2 of office accommodation as well as a plot of land with development potential for a further 4,000 m2 of space.
The complex is largely earmarked for the Majectal 1 OPCI investment vehicle, which will take over 24 of the 30 buildings making up the business park.
Perial said it aims to redevelop the park to improve the quality of the office space.
BNP Paribas Real Estate and Jones Lang LaSalle advised both the buyer and the vendor.
