The property, covering 16,000 m2, was developed by Belgian developer Immogra and is part of the new sustainable business park Park 7.

The transaction represents the second acquisition by Perial at Park 7, after the firm's purchase of the new 3M office building in 2020, also bought from Immogra.

Onyx was delivered in July 2022 and is fully let on a long-term multi-tenant basis. The building was designed by the architectural firm Jaspers-Eyers and has secured BREEAM Excellent and Well Gold certification.

Sienna Real Estate advised Perial Asset Management on the deal.

Arthur Debaere, manager acquisitions at Sienna Real Estate, said: 'We are proud to have advised Perial Asset Management during the smooth acquisition process of this high-quality and sustainable office property.

'This core investment corresponds to the first in Belgium for our client’s fund. It matches their strategy perfectly as the property is located in a dynamic area of the European capital, delivers diversified long term income and features the latest technological and environmental certifications meeting the users’ needs.

'The Onyx acquisition is the second office deal concluded by Sienna RE Benelux in Belgium this year, following the disposition of Egmont, the 70,000 sqm office complex located in the heart of Brussels, on behalf of Korean investors this summer.'

Perial was also advised by technical consultant Drees & Sommer. Allen & Overy performed legal services. Savills and Cushman & Wakefield jointly acted as selling agent.
