Penta Investments opens the 54,000 m2 Bory Mall shopping centre in the Slovak capital Bratislava on Thursday.

Bory Mall provides 180 stores over two retail floors and 2,400 parking spaces. The scheme is located in the northwestern part of Bratislava and forms part of a larger retail development comprising both the shopping centre and an adjacent retail park.

Penta said it expects Bory Mall to be an 'attractive destination for the whole family due to the tenant mix and the large and diversified entertainment areas'.

The scheme offers the largest children's playground in Slovakia, an Imax and 12-screen cinema, fitness centre as well as climbing wall. Billa supermarket is the food anchor, alongside a range of coffee shops, fast food outlets and restaurants.

The fashion anchors are H&M, C&A, LPP Group, Mango, Terranova, Lindex while the sports anchors are Sports Direct and Intersport.

Penta owns assets of €6.5 bn spread over investments in companies and projects, primarily in the healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing and real estate sectors.
