Italian real estate group Dils has appointed Pedro Lancastre as its CEO in Portugal.
This move comes after Dils’s recent acquisition of Portuguese real estate company Castelhana, with over 600 projects managed and worth over €2.3 bn.
Lancastre previously led JLL in Portugal, where he served as CEO and was responsible for the company’s operations and business strategy. During his twelve-year tenure, he successfully managing large real estate projects and contributing to the growth and innovation of the business.

The acquisition of Castelhana marks an important step in Dils’ European strategy, which already includes the Netherlands and Italy with future expansion plans for Spain, Germany, France, Poland, and the UK.
