Polonia Property Fund 1, managed by Peakside Capital, has secured a €62.6 mln refinancing from Polish lender, Bank Zachodni WBK, for Wiœniowy Business Park in Warsaw.
Polonia Property Fund 1, managed by Peakside Capital, has secured a €62.6 mln refinancing from Polish lender, Bank Zachodni WBK, for Wiœniowy Business Park in Warsaw.
The facility refinances existing facilities and is transferable in the event the property is sold, subject to lender approval. The transaction was closed on 27 November 2014. Peakside Capital was advised by Colliers International.
Wiœniowy Business Park was Warsaw’s first office business park. The property comprises six office buildings of GLA 40,000 m2 on a 5.6-hectare site, together with 690 basement and 680 surface car parking spaces.
The business park is located on the city/airport expressway and is only 4 km from Warsaw Chopin International airport, a short walk from a suburban WKD rail link and numerous bus links.
