Pbb provides loan for Invesco deal in France

German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 36 mln senior facility to Invesco Real Estate to finance the acquisition of Alpha Park II retail park in Clayes-sous-Bois/Plaisir in western Paris. The transaction closed on 25 October 2012.
