German real estate lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 143 mln facility for the refinancing of existing loans and planned retail conversion work at Docks de Marseille.
The facility was provided to institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
Docks de Marseille is a 70,000 m2 office and retail asset located in the heart of Euromediterranée, an established business district on the sea front of
Marseille in France.
The transaction closed on 30 September 2011.
