German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €36 mln loan facility to a unit of WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz (WCM), for the acquisition of the Trevista office building in Eschborn, near Frankfurt/Main.

German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €36 mln loan facility to a unit of WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz (WCM), for the acquisition of the Trevista office building in Eschborn, near Frankfurt/Main.

Trevista is a multi-tenant office property with 18,281 m2 in lettable area and a basement car park for 422 cars, located at the 'Helfmann-Park' business park in Eschborn. The property is almost fully let to renowned tenants, anchored by HR service provider Randstad.

Gerhard Meitinger, head of Real Estate Finance Germany at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, said: 'With this transaction, we continue to build our professional cooperation with WCM. WCM is a proven expert with a successful track record in office property management.'

Pbb extended various loans to WCM in 2014, financing the acquisition of three office properties in Bonn, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt.
