German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €33 mln investment loan facility to a special purpose vehicle managed by Amesbury.
The company will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the two business parks near Prague. Pbb acted as arranger, agent and sole lender under the facility.
The two parks consist of nine buildings in key light-industrial locations near Prague in Zlicín and Chráštany. All properties are well-leased modern flex-office, warehouse and logistics assets in established light-industrial and logistics hubs with direct access to motorways.
The two parks comprise a total of over 68,900 m² gross lettable area and have a well-diversified tenant mix.
