German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided an investment loan facility totaling €30 mln for a logistics park managed by UBS Switzerland.
Pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.
The logistics park, known as Plaza Campus, is located in Plaza Zaragoza logistic hub and provides 72,627 m2 GLA. It is divided into different buildings with efficient and flexible modules and is fully leased to international tenants from a wide range of industries such as Esprinet and Airtex.

The deal underlines our strong capacity to support our existing clients and our commitment and interest in growing in the Spanish market.’
