German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €28 mln medium-term loan to HighBrook Investors for the acquisition of an office building in Rotterdam.
The seller is Amsterdam-based investment manager APF International.
The property, located in Boompjes 258, comprises 16,000 m2 of lettable space. It currently hosts the Dutch headquarters of Ernst & Young, that recently extended their lease on a long-term basis.

The loan will partially finance the acquisition of the property.
