Pbb finances Frasers' logistics portfolio

German lender Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided an investment loan of €90 mln to Frasers Property Investments Europe (FPE), a subsidiary of real estate group Frasers Centerpoint, for the acquisition of four logistics assets in Germany.
