German lender Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank said on Wednesday that it has provided a €100 mln loan to investor RFR Group to finance the Gloria Galerie office and retail property in Berlin.
Located on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin's Charlottenburg district, the asset consists of six floors with a total rental area of 6,700 m2.
The retail space comprises around 50% of total accommodation and is spread over three levels from the basement to the first floor. On the upper floors there is only office space with a flexible concept.
