Real estate litigation specialist Paul Loeb is trading law firm NautaDutilh for Greenberg Traurig, where he will assume a partner role at its Amsterdam-based practice from September.
Loeb will join the real estate team headed by David van Dijk, with whom he worked at NautaDutilh for years before they switched to Greenberg Traurig in 2020. Other members of the team who crossed over to Greenberg Traurig at the time included Coco van Zuiden, Barbara Klootwijk and Simone Wijngaard.
Besides being a prominent real estate lawyer, Loeb has extensive experience in high-profile art law and restitution cases involving work by Kandinsky (2022) and Malevich (2008). He is a former board member and chair of the Dutch Arts and Culture Law Association (VKCR).
