Capital Park Group, the Polish property investor majority-owned by Patron Capital Partners, will go public at the end of this year, Keith Breslauer, managing director of Patron told PropertyEU at Expo Real.
The Central European property company owns a portfolio of 76 assets with a value of around €300 mln.
‘Central European stocks like Echo for instance were trading at a discount but it’s now valued at net asset value. This is good timing for a public offering,’ Breslauer said.
Capital Park is looking to raise some €50 mln in the offering, he added.
‘We want to retain our capital in the company, we just want to raise more funds to expand the company’s business,’ he noted. The operation would be the first Initial Public Offering executed in Central Europe since the start of the financial crisis.
