Pan-European real estate investment manager Patrizia Immobilien has sold an apartment complex in the Netherlands to local investor Grouwels Vastgoed.
Financial details were not disclosed, but according to information filed with the Dutch land registry, the property changed hands for €60 mln.
Located in Zeist in the central Netherlands, the complex comprises 479 apartments and 245 parking spaces. Van ’t Hof Rijnland has been hired to manage the property.
Patrizia built up a sizeable Dutch residential portfolio following the financial crisis and has since also expanded into other sectors. Last year it sold a 1,700-unit residential portfolio to two local investors for €200 mln.
