According to Spanish press reports, the sale of the 75,000-m2 asset is currently being finalized.

The property was completed earlier this month and is fully leased to Amazon. It was bought by Patrizia last year as part of the Mercury pan-European portfolio deal which involved 42 assets acquired from GreekOak.

JLL is advising on the sale.
