Patrizia opens Dutch office

German investment manager Patrizia Immobiliën has opened a new Dutch subsidiary in Amsterdam.

´The Dutch real estate market has become significantly more attractive recently. We are convinced the time has come for a stronger presence there,´ said Klaus Schmitt, COO of Patrizia.

´In our strategy, the Netherlands is a core market where we want to expand on our involvement.´

Peter Helfrich will be the MD of the new subsidiary. Patrizia already has around €200 mln of investments in the Netherlands.
