German property group Patrizia has announced the appointment of Saskia Roosen as head of asset management BeLux.
She will be based at Patrizia’s Brussels office with responsibility for assets in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Ms Roosen has broad experience in retail and residential real estate spanning around 25 years which she acquired in different management roles. Her career includes stints with Home Invest Belgium, an investor and developer in residential properties with a €640 mln AUM as well as Redevco Belgium.
'Saskia brings a broad range of expertise in several different disciplines and sectors to the table from companies including Redevco Belgium and Home Invest Belgium. Her large network and familiarity with all aspects of the real estate value chain from property management, process improvement, valuations and human resources will help us strengthen and expand the business,' said Suzy Denys, country manager Patrizia BeLux.
