German property group Patrizia is reportedly in exclusive negotiations with Real I.S. regarding the sale of a portfolio of three logistics assets worth around €150 mln.

According to a news report by Spanish paper El Economista, Patrizia is expected to close on the sale next month, with agent CBRE advising on the transaction.

The portfolio includes a new logistics asset leased to Amazon and located in Getafe as well as two multi-tenant warehouses located in Torrejón de Ardoz, together offering around 50,000 m2 of space.

Meanwhile, Patrizia is also understood to have hired agent JLL to sell another warehouse also to be occupied by Amazon and located in Alcalá de Henares. The new-built asset is expected to sell for some €100 mln, according to the Spanish paper.
