European real estate investor Patrizia has appointed Suzy Denys as its new head of asset management for Belux (Belgium and Luxembourg) with additional responsibility of leading the Belgium country office and team.

Denys is to join Patrizia from Codabel, an investment and asset management company with a strong focus on French clients interested in the Benelux market. At Codabel she was managing director for the Netherlands and head of Investments. Denys also sits on the board of Home Invest Belgium as a non-executive, independent director.
 
Reporting to both Mike Tyler, head of asset management North-West Europe, and Peter Helfrich, regional head of South-West Europe (incl. Benelux), she will oversee the Patrizia team in Belgium which manages 40 Belux asset with a value of around €1.7 bn, spanning over 485,000 m2.

The Patrizia assets in Belux range from core to value-add in their risk profile and comprise predominantly offices and logistic sectors.
 
Recent notable transactions in Belux include the acquisition of the iconic Louise Tower in Brussels as part of a wider portfolio (€180 mln), the Unival II building in Luxembourg (€52 mln), the Aire office building in Luxembourg City, as well as the Green Life residential complex in Brussels (€23 mln).
