Global investment firm Patrizia, and international fintech platform iCapital, have partnered to provide wealth managers with access to certain Patrizia investment solutions available through Allfunds.
Allfunds is a major fund distribution network, and a strategic partner of iCapital.
Patrizia will leverage iCapital’s technology platform and structuring solutions to provide wealth managers and their clients with access to Patrizia’s market expertise and alternative investment strategies in direct real estate and infrastructure.
Patrizia said the partnership would address the increasing appetite from ultra- and high net worth individuals for investments in alternative assets.

The partnership will start with an impact investment strategy, that aims to build sustainable, future- proof communities contributing to 8 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The strategy which intends to meet residential as well as social infrastructure needs is classified as a SFDR Article 9 fund.
It provides solutions to three specific societal challenges: affordable housing, green real estate as well as inclusion & connectivity. In addition to an attractive financial return, it intends to deliver a positive social and environmental return monitored via a dedicated and innovative reporting framework.
