Patrick Bone has joined CBRE’s equity placement team, as senior director, covering the UK and Europe.
Bone comes from investment manager Schroders where he was the lead fund manager in the capital real estate solutions business and former head of UK real estate research.
During his 15 years at Schroders, he was in charge of finding and vetting new investment opportunities, structuring and launching new real estate funds, maintaining connections with UK institutional clients, and building and overseeing client portfolios
He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and sits on the IPF Indirect Property Group.
