Global private markets investment manager Partners Group has purchased the Botanic Tower in Brussels from Allianz Real Estate, the property arm of the German insurer.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The deal involved the sale of the Company Botanic Building, holding as main asset the Botanic Tower, located in the north district of Brussels.
The property comprises 30,000 m2 of GLA over 18 storeys and offers significant asset management opportunities and uplift potential, according to broker Cushman & Wakefield, which advised Allianz.
Marc-Antoine Buysschaert and Charles-Antoine van Vyve from C&W's Brussels office led the transaction.
