Pan-European commercial property developer has opened a 42,000 m[sup]2[/sup] shopping centre in Rybnik, Poland. The scheme is the first of six Polish centres to be opened in under the Focus Park brand, and is fully let to retail tenants including C&A, Orsay, Alma and Vistula and the cinema operator Multikino. The three-storey complex is adjacent to the main square of Rybnik, south-western Silesia, and has been developed on the site of a 19th century brewery. The other Focus Park projects are currently under development in the similarly medium-sized cities of Zielona Gora, Bydgoszcz, Gliwice, Bialystok and Jelenia Gora.
