Paris-based DS Avocats has acquired an office building located at 21 Madeleine Square in the 8th arrondissement of Paris for EUR 45 mln, property newspaper Business Immo has reported.

Paris-based DS Avocats has acquired an office building located at 21 Madeleine Square in the 8th arrondissement of Paris for EUR 45 mln, property newspaper Business Immo has reported.

The development will provide a total area of 2,565 m2, including 1,362 m² for offices. The transaction reflects a yield of 4.7%. Banif Banque Privee, a subsidiary of Santander bank, served as consultant for the buyer in the acquisition.
