Paris Realty Fund (Paref) has acquired two buildings from a private property company for a total of EUR 7.25 mln, excluding taxes. The assets are located in Ulis and Cauffry, Northern France.
They comprise a total lettable area of about 17,580 m2 split into 7,100 m2 of warehouse and 400 m2 of office space in Ulis, and a total 10,080 m2 area for warehouse and office use in Cauffry. The sell price reflects a yield of 8.25 %, French newspaper Business Immo reported. Atisreal advised both seller and buyer.
