Generali's logistics property arm Parcolog has reached an agreement with French bank BNP Paribas on the refinancing of a portfolio of 10 logistics properties located mostly in Ile-de-France, Lyon and Lille. According to French newspaper BusinessImmo, the new financing facility amounts to EUR 100 mln and has a loan-to-value ratio of around 50%. The portfolio provides 340,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of logistics space leased to a number of operators.
