Dutch paper and packaging firm Papyrus Groep Nederland has taken a 10-year lease on 17,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of warehouse space and 2,200 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space at the new 'De Weteringse Poort' distribution centre in the Bijsterhuizen industrial park in the town of Wijchen.

Dutch paper and packaging firm Papyrus Groep Nederland has taken a 10-year lease on 17,000 m2 of warehouse space and 2,200 m2 of office space at the new 'De Weteringse Poort' distribution centre in the Bijsterhuizen industrial park in the town of Wijchen.

Syntrus Achmea Vastgoed is the owner of the distribution centre and rented the space in cooperation with Somerset Real Estate. The logistics division of DTZ Zadelhoff acted for Somerset Real Estate in the transaction. The financial details of the leasing contract were not disclosed.

Papyrus employs 33,100 people in 22 countries around Europe.

DTZ Zadelhoff said one unit, totalling 11,200 m2 of warehouse space, remained available for letting at 'De Weteringse Poort'.
