Nordic property advisory firm Pangea Property Partners is expanding its business with the launch of a project finance arm from 1 January 2021.
Pangea has recruited a team from DNB Markets led by Arnstein Rød, DNB’s syndication head.
Rød has worked in the DNB system for 20 years completing more than 200 real estate transactions worth more than NOK 40 bn. He is joined by Viktor Myhre from DNB Markets who starts as an associate.
