Panattoni to spend €200m in Germany over 12 months

Logistics developer Panattoni has announced plans to spend around €200 mln in Germany in the next 12 months.

‘We see there a wide spectrum of opportunities for us ranging from core to value added strategies on build-to-suit and multi-tenant parks, either via green or brown field developments,’ said Artur Mokrzycki, head of capital markets.

The €200 mln figure is an estimate, and Panattoni has not set an upper limit on its plans.

‘We are constantly investing in our resources in Germany,’ said Mokrzycki.
