Panattoni to develop 2nd distribution park near Warsaw

Industrial property developer Panattoni Europe is to build a second distribution facility in the Warsaw satellite town of Œwiêcice.

Panattoni Park Œwiêcice II will comprise up to 20,000 m² of space over two buildings. The first building, currently under development, is a BTS project dedicated to an international company from the logistics sector.

The facility will offer 10,300 m² of space and can be extended to 20,000 m². Construction works started in August. The second planned building will offer 6,000 m² of industrial space for a varied pool of tenants.

The new centre is situated in the direct vicinity of the completed Panattoni Park Œwiêcice 1.
