Industrial real estate specialist Panattoni has finalised the sale of two industrial parks – Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska III and Panattoni Park Kraków East II – to a prominent international investor making its debut in Poland.

The total transaction volume was €70 mln.

In the Upper Silesian industrial region, certified Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska III offers 72,000 m2 of modern warehouse and logistics space in a strategic position near the A1 and A4 motorways. The park is fully leased, with key tenants including midocean company, which operates its primary logistics and printing hub here.

Panattoni Park Kraków East II is a 18,540 m2 facility located close to the A4 motorway near Kraków. The park is BREEAM-certified and fully leased. Major tenants include Canpack, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions.

Both parks reflect Panattoni’s commitment to sustainability, offering eco-friendly solutions such as LED lighting, energy management systems, and EV charging stations.
