Panattoni has sold a logistics park in western Poland to Arete Investment Group, a pan-European company specialising in asset management.
Michal Stanislawski, head of asset dispositions at Panattoni, said: 'The transaction, finalised within two months from its start, serves as the best proof of our assets’ attractiveness and of the investors awareness of entering into the next phase of the cycle. Investor’s appetite for top-quality assets is growing rapidly in response to decreasing cost of finance.'
Located in western Poland, the park is home to a leading logistics operator which runs its distribution centre there.
The centre has a BREEAM certificate with a rating of Excellent to confirm its high energy efficiency and its low carbon dioxide emissions.
The park includes advanced energy management systems, LED lighting and systems to limit water usage and thus meets the needs of tenants looking for logistics space that is both sustainable and modern.
