The 87,000 m2 building was purchased by an unnamed German investor, based in Dortmund.

The facility is occupied by Tedi, a German retail chain with more than 2,700 stores across Europe.

‘The finalized transaction of a BTS facility confirms both the appetite for "green" investments and the huge potential of the West Pomeranian region, recognized by investors. Stargard is a key center in the region, which allows efficient access to Scandinavian markets, as well as numerous Western European markets, including Germany and the Netherlands,’ said Dorota Jagodzinska, managing director at Panattoni.
