It will be used to finance a 110,000 m2 complex, consisting of three buildings, that was handed over in July this year and is now 90% commercialised.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV, which has been certified BREEAM Excellent, offers tenants high-quality warehouse and office space.

Altogether the logistics park developer has secured ecological certification for 8 mln m2 in Poland, or around half of all the certified industrial space in the country.

Karina Trojanska, the CFO & COO for Poland at Panattoni, commented: ‘When the time came for us to hand the largest park in Bydgoszcz over for use, we were already nearing its full commercialisation, which proves the huge potential of the location. Our modern industrial space superbly meets the needs of business and thus drives the development of the region and the creation of new jobs. The investment policy of our company is based on solid fundamentals and this has also been noticed by financial institutions. The €54 mln loan demonstrates the huge confidence they have in our development. We want to thank BNP Paribas Polska for working with us and we are looking forward to more such joint projects.’

Panattoni has already developed nearly 500,000 m2 in Bydgoszcz, including three built-to-suit centers for leading hypermarket chains and an e-commerce clothing giant, as well as four industrial parks.
