Panattoni currently has seven projects under development in the region and this number will expand in the near future.

In his new role, Lindenbergh will be responsible for liaising with Panattoni's industrial and logistics clients in the development space. He will work in close collaboration with Tom Bonants, Tim Stoffelen and Bert Angel.

In addition, he will acquire new land positions and manage the leasing of speculative developments in collaboration with Panattoni's project partners.

For many years, Lindenbergh worked as head of sales and business development at a logistic service provider. His expertise focuses on the development of E-commerce and its consequences for logistic real estate. In addition, he has gained experience abroad in the engineering of logistic concepts.

Said Lindenbergh: 'In the first contacts with Panattoni, it became clear to me that Panattoni is a special developer because of its international presence, mentality, focus on sustainability and the passionate professional team.

'This convinced me that I wanted to work for this company taking into account my logistics knowledge and the vision of the team on new future-proof developments that support organizations with their logistic housing challenges.'

Added Jeroen Gerritsen, managing director of Panattoni Netherlands: 'Niels adds specific knowledge of the logistics process to our team, which enables us to serve our customers even better and to provide tailor-made solutions.

'With Niels, we can fulfill our growth ambitions for 2021 and beyond even better. Niels is a colleague who fits perfectly into the DNA of our company, is accessible and with both feet on the ground.

'With a business development team of four people and a back office of 10 professional team members, all of whom have a lot of experience in the logistics market, we are well equipped to respond adequately and quickly to market demands.'
