Panattoni has unveiled the appointment of three experienced real estate specialists to its team in the Netherlands.
As transaction manager, Mariska Venema will mainly focus on the due diligence process and all legal and contractual aspects within Panattoni Netherlands. Salih Umut, treasury analyst, will attend to matters such as the funding of projects, payment flows and budgeting.
The third hire, Sibren van Etten, has been appointed as an investment analyst, focusing on establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with investors and financial institutions.
