Industrial specialist Panattoni Netherlands has appointed Tom Bonants as business development manager to support the growth of its Dutch operations.
Starting on 1 April, Bonants will be responsible for acquiring, completing and marketing logistics sites as well as building and maintaining relationships with end-users to meet their requirements.
Bonants has worked in the Dutch real estate sector for more than 10 years, the last seven of which at Cushman & Wakefield as an adviser on industrial property.
Commenting on the appointment, Jeroen Gerritsen, general manager of Panattoni Netherlands, said: We think it is important that our people are accessible, down-to-earth and solution-oriented. With his background and his personality, Tom fits perfectly within the Panattoni Netherlands team.

Panattoni has been steadily building its Dutch team since launching operations in the Netherlands in 2019, where it now has a number of developments under way.
