The combined gross lettable area (GLA) of the two properties is around 65,000 m2.

The 35,000 m2 warehouse in Panattoni Park Lublin City IV in southeastern Poland is located on Lublin’s ring road and along the Pan-European Transport Corridor II (Berlin-Nizhny Novgorod).

The asset has a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of over six years and is entirely leased with inflation indexation.

It also features BREEAM ‘very good’ sustainability certification and an ‘A’ Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

The second asset is a 30,500 m2 logistics warehouse at Panattoni Park Silesia West, near the town of Zabrze, not far Katowice in the largest industrial and manufacturing region in Central Europe.

The A1 and A4 highways are easily accessible from the logistics park, offering fast access to the rest of Poland and Germany.

Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni CEO & co-owner Europe and India, said: ‘Our successful sale of these two fully-leased standing assets demonstrates the continuing strong investor appetite for modern logistics properties with high sustainability credentials in the Polish market.’
