Tim Stoffelen has joined industrial giant Panattoni's team in the Netherlands as business development manager.
In this role, he will be responsible for developing and maintaining contacts with industrial and logistics customers to meet and implement their requirements for built-to-suit projects. He will also manage the leasing of speculative developments in collaboration with Panattoni's project partners and acquire new land positions.
Stoffelen previously worked as commercial manager for Proptimize, a Dutch asset management, development and advisory firm focused on logistics, industrial and offices.
Commenting on the appointment, Jeroen Gerritsen, general manager of Panattoni Netherlands, said: 'Tim fits perfectly within the character of Panattoni, level-headed, driven and involved in the industrial and logistics sector and everything that happens in it.
