The financial details of the disposals were not disclosed.

Pamera, which has offices in Germany and the UK, took over the management of the Capri portfolio in 2012. The larger of the two assets was the 20,600 m2 Forum Seestrasse, which was acquired by Berlin group Becker & Kries.

The property is almost fully let and the tenants of the retail space on the ground floor are Aldi and Netto. Other tenants of the property, which was built in 1900 and renovated in 1990, are Beuth University and McFit. Just before the sale, Pamera, supported by the real estate advisors Angermann, had agreed a long-term lease extension with the anchor tenant Beuth University (8,000 m2) and with Netto (1,000 m2).

The second property, Gewerbepark Central, provides 35,000 m2 of light industrial space at Sickingenstraße 20-28. The premises is 85% let and the tenants include Kroll International Freight Forwarders and Berliner Messinglampen.

Pamera has offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and London and has around €850 mln in assets under management.
