Pamera Real Estate Partners has acquired three properties in Germany for a combined €25 mln.
The fund and asset management firm has bought a residential and commercial development in Dresden, an office building in Cologne, and a Carglass repair facility in Munich for a German family office. The total purchase price was around €25mn.
The development in Dresden will be completed in 2016 as part of a revamp of the historical Neumarkt. In Cologne, the 2,400 m2 office building at Gereonstrasse 5-11 is fully leased to, among others, IHK Köln and Deutsche Bahn.
The Carglass facility was built in 2013 at Maria-Probst-Strasse 10 (Euro-Industripark) and was sold by Kell Immobilien-Projekt.
The deal was brokered by Behrendt Immobilien, Engel & Canessa, and Aengevelt. Pamera will asset manage all three properties.
