Palmira Capital Partners, the Frankfurt-based manager of industrial real estate, has appointed Ranald Hahn, a former senior executive at Prologis, as a member of its newly installed European Advisory Board (EAB).

The EAB serves as an independent, non-executive council to Palmira Capital Partners and aims to provide frequent advice on the company's European expansion.

In his new role, Hahn will advise the company on the further growth of its investment and asset management activities in France, Italy and Spain.

Hahn served as managing director and regional head of Southern Europe at Prologis from 1998 to 2012.

During this period he led and implemented the company's roll-out and subsequent growth in France, Spain and Italy. Under his leadership Prologis grew its southern European portfolio from zero to more than €2 bn.
