London-based real estate company Palmer Capital has completed the acquisition of Invista Real Estate Investment Management. Invista shares on London's AIM junior market were cancelled on 13 August.

London-based real estate company Palmer Capital has completed the acquisition of Invista Real Estate Investment Management. Invista shares on London's AIM junior market were cancelled on 13 August.

Invista REIM is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Palmer Capital and has been re-registered as a private limited company.

In June this year Palmer Capital received an irrevocable undertaking from two of Invista REIM's largest shareholders to back a bid that values Invista at about £40 mln (EUR 50 mln).

Invista REIM had £749 mln of commercial real estate under management in Europe and Asia at end-2011.
