Real estate fund manager Palmer Capital has appointed Mateusz Siejka as managing director of its newly opened office in Poland.
Real estate fund manager Palmer Capital has appointed Mateusz Siejka as managing director of its newly opened office in Poland.
Siejka has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry and comes to Palmer Capital from Bywater Properties Group, where he was portfolio manager and board member.
Previously, he worked for TriGranit Development and Budimex.
Siejka will spearhead Palmer Capital's push into the Polish market following the opening of an office in Warsaw last month. The company said at the time that it plans to explore opportunities for enlarging ts asset base with high-yield, mid-market properties in the industrial, commercial and office sectors.
Palmer Capital is a privately held fund manager with roughly €1 bn of assets. In CEE, Palmer currently has €300 mln of property assets under management and pursues an active acquisition strategy.
